1. PRIVACY POLICYPrints by Iris is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. We find your privacy very important and ensure that the personal data you share with us is handled with care. We explain how we do this in this privacy statement.
1.1 PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this information to us yourself.
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is really over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at irisringeling@icloud.com , we will delete this information.
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To process your registration and / or payment after you have purchased a product or service.

Prints by Iris does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that can have adverse consequences for you.
After you have purchased a product or service from Prints by Iris, you will remain in our customer database so that we can inform you about changes to our products or services. You can of course unsubscribe.
The retention period of the data depends on the purpose for which we have received or collected the data and on legal obligations to keep data.
1.2 CORRECT OR DELETE PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to it

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. 1.3 REACTIONS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymous string, created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
1.4 MEDIA
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the website can download the images from the website and view the location data.
